HERA presented to CRITICAL project consortium 23/3/2020

The HERA project was presented to the CRITICAL consortium partners on March 23, 2020. The CRITICAL project has developed a platform targeting educators with the objective of promoting skills for addressing issues such as cyberbullying, cybersecurity, and more. A total of 10 teachers and researchers attended the presentation. The participants had the opportunity to reflect on the benefits of problem-based learning. They further followed a presentation of the HERA active learning intervention for building problem-solving skills through digital games and open learning scenarios inspired by real-life.

HERA presented to LEOL project 23/1/2020

The HERA project was presented to the LEOL consortium partners on January 23, 2020. A total of 12 teachers and researchers attended the presentation. The participants had the opportunity to reflect on the benefits of problem-based learning and more specifically of the HERA active learning intervention for building problem-solving skills through digital games and open scenarios inspired by real-life, allowing students to establish links between knowledge built in their academic environment and its use in the world of work.

HERA project kick-off meeting in Volos, Greece.Consortium Partners The HERA kick-off meeting took place on October 31 and November 1st, 2019. The partners had the opportunity to discuss the project objectives and foreseen outcomes and to make implementation plans. In addition, the partners had a first workshop on the design and functionality of the proposed serious game that promotes problem solving skills in higher education as well as specific scenarios to be integrated into the game.
